1 pull-out bed faces a single 90 x 200 bed. These are comfortable sofas.

1 coffee table contains drinks and appetizers at your convenience.

The 32' Smart TV is mounted on a mobile wallstand.

The living room opens onto an 8 sqm terrace where you can enjoy your meals around a folding table of 150 x 80 and 4 designer chairs....

... You can also choose to dine indoors on the large table which can also be extended twice in-fine 240 x 90, which makes it possible to accommodate 10 people for dinner.

You are restricted by the number of chairs available to you.

5 comfortable chairs, 4 red and sand designer outdoor chairs and 2 folding side chairs.

 

The ceiling light will give you three levels of luminosity for your visual comfort.

 

You will enjoy your friends while cooking. It is in the extension of the living room...

 

The Kitchen

... 3 pans, 3 removable pans and a made-to-order one.

 The Bedroom

 

The room consists of one king-size bed of 180 x 200 which can be divided into two twin beds of 90 x 200.

2 pieces of furniture on the headboard act as night table and personal storage.

 

 

 

2 large closets allow you to store your personal items bent and suspended.

The overhead light will give you 3 levels of brightness for your visual convenience.

All linen is supplied, including, mattress and pillow protection, duvets, fitted sheets, and pillow cases size 50X70 and 65X65.

 

 

Enjoy an exceptional view right from your bed.

We paid special attention to the quality of the bedding with the help of a hotel supply company.

The bedding is made by SIMMON.

 

The Bathroom

 

 

Faucets reduce water consumption by 30% without compromising comfort.

The radiator also serves as an exclusive towel rail and bathrobes.

After skiing, a drying grid is provided to dry wet clothes.

The big mirror with indirect lighting enables you to make up or shave perfectly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The bath linen at your disposal consists of 10 towels 140x70, 10 shower mats 50x60, 4 bathrobes, 2 sponge and 2 honeycomb.

A washing machine dryer is available with organic detergent products and household vinegar to soften it.

 

 

 

 

The large shower welcomes you in the rain or with a water massage system.

We provide you with shower shampoos from the brand organic, with 2 perfumes.

We deliberately avoid unitary conditioning to contribute to the respect of our planet.

The bathroom cleaning products are organic as well.

The toilets are independent.

We invite you to contribute to the preservation of the planet by avoiding excessive consumption of water and energy by simple gestures :

- use the ceiling light according to the lighting need: 3 levels of lighting according to the number of pressures on the switch.

- turn off unused lights and electrical equipment.

- Thank you for optimizing the use of household equipment with a view to saving the planet.

 

ACCESSIBILITY

This flat is unfortunately not designed to accommodate people in wheelchairs, the doors opening do not suit.

The flat is on the ground floor and directly accessible from the car park.

 

 TRANSPORTATION AND ACCESS AT THE STATION

By car:

 Direction Thônes - Massif des Aravis

 At Saint-Jean-de-sixt take the direction La Clusaz

 Cross the whole station towards the Plateau des Confins.

After the last roundabout take the direction  "La Grallière - La Rochette" and after 3 big turns the Soladret is on the left.

 

By train

Annecy railway station

A bus will take you to the station and the free buses will drop you at less than 100 meters from the chalet.
